We will be presenting a revised programme this year. In addition to presenting the awards, there will be a range of breakout sessions with clients focusing on knowledge-sharing, using collaboration and the focus on growth as building blocks. There will also be new awards – namely the ‘rising star’ award for customer experience and employee experience. Allard Droste, the author of the bestseller ‘Semco in the Polder’, will be our guest speaker and the afternoon session – as in past years – will be hosted by our energetic chairman Thomas van Zijl, presenter and editor of BNR news radio.

This year our annual client event will be held on Tuesday May 16th at Hotelschool The Hague. The school is a client and partner for whom we have been carrying out research for years, and which has a stunning location in The Hague. We are delighted that they are willing to host our client event this year.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS

The event and its programme have been revised this year. In line with our vision as an organisation, we have chosen to focus on stories from our clients. You will be able to choose from a range of breakout sessions with organisations that will tell you how to get the best from customers and employees. This will be an opportunity to share and acquire new knowledge in a small-scale, interactive setting.

Of course, just as in previous years, we will be presenting our Experience Awards. But because we are seeing our clients making improvements over time, which is something that we want to encourage, we have added a new category this year for the most improved organisations in employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction. We will announce all the nominees at the end of March!
